Are there date or time restrictions on when we have our function?

There are no date or time restrictions on when you may hold your function at Ingredients.

Is the venue available for a full buy-out?

Yes.

Is there a charge to use the space?

There is no charge to use the space, provided the minimum expenditure is met. Please call for details; ask for john ang.

What is your corkage policy?

Our corkage policy is $200 per bottle(750 ml)

Will there be a bar set up in the room?

Depending on the size of your party, a customized host bar can be set up, or our wait staff will provide full cocktail service.

How are the menus created for my function?

Our executive chef, john ang, will design a menu to suit your food, wine, and pricing requirements.

If my guest count increases or decreases on the day of my function, how will I be billed?

The guaranteed number of guests is required 72 hours in advance of the function. Please note that unless we are notified of a guest count revision, the number of guests originally contracted will be assumed as the guarantee. You will be billed for the guaranteed number given, or attendance, whichever is greater.

Do you supply audio-visual equipment?

We provide up to 2 wireless microphones. We can arrange for other audio-visual equipment that you require, subject to installation restrictions. Charges will be added directly to your final bill, with no additional mark-up.

What items do we need to supply? What items will Ingredients supply?

Candles and linens are provided with our compliments. We will print personalized group menus for each of your guests. If designated seating is required, please supply your own place cards. We will print and display event posters on the ground floor and on the floor of your event. Please provide us with an image file containing your corporate logo if you would like it to appear on the poster.

Ingredients will also arrange for your floral requirements, adding the charges to your final bill. We are happy to arrange for entertainment with our house band. Although we do not arrange for theming or photography, we are happy to provide referrals.

How far in advance do we need to book?

Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact the reservation desk at 25445133 or by email at ingredients@netvigator.com.

Is there parking available?

You can park underground at Pacific Place 3, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How are payments made?

An initial deposit of 30% of the estimated cost is requested to secure your booking, payable by cash, company cheque, or credit card. The balance will be paid at the conclusion of the event. Payment structure for full restaurant bookings can be discussed in detail.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Your deposit is fully refundable unless the function is cancelled with less than 14 days notice, at which time the deposit will be forfeited.
